STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. General Provisions

  • These T&C override any conflicting terms provided by the client, unless expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  • Any deviation from these terms must be approved in advance and documented in writing.

2. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date, unless stated otherwise on the invoice or order confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Credit Card
    • Check (Payable to "Good Year Trading Group Limited")
    • Cash
  • All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise specified.
  • Late payments are subject to a late fee of 5% of the overdue amount per month.
  • If a payment remains overdue for more than 60 days, Good Year Trading Group Limited reserves the right to engage a debt recovery service. All associated legal and administrative costs will be borne by the client.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once an invoice is confirmed by the client.
  • Any disputes regarding billing or services must be raised within 8 days of the invoice date via a written notice sent to Good Year Trading Group Limited’s registered address.

4. Tax and Withholding

  • Clients are responsible for any taxes or withholdings required by their local laws. The full invoiced amount remains payable to Good Year Trading Group Limited and must not be reduced by any such taxes.
  • Under no circumstances will Good Year Trading Group Limited be responsible for costs related to the client’s local legislation or tax requirements.

5. Delivery and Obligations

  • Good Year Trading Group Limited will strive to provide products and services in accordance with agreed-upon timeframes. However, such obligations are best-effort commitments and not guarantees of specific outcomes or delivery dates.
  • Good Year Trading Group Limited will not be held liable for damages, claims, or disputes arising from third-party usage of products purchased by the client.

6. Claims and Disputes

  • All claims must be submitted in writing via recorded delivery to our registered office within 8 days of the delivery of goods or completion of services.
  • Claims submitted outside this period will not be considered valid.

7. Governing Law

  • All transactions and interactions with Good Year Trading Group Limited are governed exclusively by Hong Kong law.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Good Year Trading Group Limited reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients as necessary.
